Pootie Tang is by far one of
the funniest movies.
His words have created new sayings with teens all over. Chris
rock had a wiked idea with this movie.
He is funny with all of his characters, especially the dj.
Pootie is so funny he makes the damies go krazy with PIE!!!
Pootie tang is hilarious.
OH And ITs FUNNY TOO!!! |

I gave the movie a 2. I could
not get past the speech problem. I'm not putting down people
with problems or disabilities but how can a man no-one can understand,
receive so much attention, women etc etc.
The movie was too far fetched and a bit silly. It had a few,
very few good moments though. |

| Not a movie to invite the lady
to watch. This is a Saturday night movie after a hard week.
"If I've told you one time, I've told you many time tangies"
that this is the show. I am in college and my roommates and
I, while initially thinking the show was stupid, are quoting
lines from it time and time again. We are trying to find a list
on the internet of all of Pootie's quotes. Don't expect an intellectually
stimulating show. Just expect good black humor. I like it the
best the third time. |

| Lack of profanity and nudity
(although there was alot of sexually suggestive scenes) made
this a good film to enjoy. It portrayed semi positive themes
(Pootie Tang used no guns) but I was a little disturbed at the
fact that they elevated Pootie Tang to a God-Like status. I
agree with having positive role models for children but the
movie went a little too far. One good characteristic about Pootie
Tang is that he was motivated by love. He treated everyone with
love and respect, even while whupping their butt. |

still good movie |
| The man never says a real word.
This alone must have had the writer going mad. "Tippy ta
aon thea Pootie tang!" This movie is so hard it's granite.
I want his belt. I want his hair. (it can stop bullets) Who
care if he can't talk as long you keep getting all those girls.
I just don't want his woman. In this comedy starring Chris Rock,
children worship Pootie Tang, even though he has an odd speech
impediment that makes him impossible to comprehend. Pootie Tang
is determined to protect kids from an capitalizing pig, Dick
Lecter, who tries to hook kids on bad habits like smoking and
drinking. |
