                | When your computer is operating unstably ("playing the fool"
as Bajans say), such as programs constanly crashing or it
is running slower than usual, it often becomes necessary to
restart windows by rebooting the system. This usually helps
to correct the problem. Although a full reboot is best, it
is not always necessary. Who likes to wait for a computer
to reboot anyway? Once your computer isn't "locked-up," you
can just restart windows without rebooting. In this tutorial
we will show you how. It's really easy. The
last step is the only difference from a regular restart. |

                | Step 1: Click
                  the "Start" Button |

                | Step 2: Select
                  "Shutdown" from the menu |

                | Step 3: Select
"Restart" from the list of options |

                | |

                | Step 4: Hold
down the "Shift Key" and click the "OK"
                  button |

                | The screen should turn black, then you should
see "Windows is now restarting" at the top of your screen. |
